Named in honour of the olive tree, the symbol of peace, prosperity, and connection, Olivera was dreamt up as a sanctuary for those who crave honest Mediterranean cuisine, sparkling conversations, and the joy of shared moments.

Wine Tasting Experience
$79 per person
Settle into Olivera’s eight-seat wine table for 1.5 to 2 hours of guided discovery. A private host pours four 100ml wines—from distant terroirs to our own coast—while the chef unpacks the flavours behind each matching Mediterranean bite.
With tasting notes, a keepsake pen and plenty of conversation, it’s an intimate, education-rich escape.
